Will the same cleaners come every time?
We schedule the same crew whenever possible. If someone is out, a teammate follows the notes saved for your home.
How long does a recurring visit take?
Most visits take 2 to 3 hours depending on home size, crew size and how often we come. Your quote includes an estimate.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans are month to month. Cancel or pause with notice before your next visit.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to fix missed areas at no charge, usually within two business days.
Can I add extras to one visit?
