Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, for a move-in/move-out clean. If furniture is still in place, we'll quote a deep clean so the time matches the job.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?
We follow a standard move-out checklist and can match your lease's cleaning list if you share it. Deposit decisions are up to your landlord, so we can't guarantee the outcome.
Do you shampoo carpets or clean garages?
Carpet shampooing isn't included. Garage sweep-outs are an add-on.
Can you get in with a lockbox or code?
Yes. Share access details when you book and we'll confirm the day before.
